What is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Enjoy free shipping within Europe for orders over €40,00! For shipping rates to other countries, please refer to the checkout page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How are the products packed?
The posters are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. L-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).
Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Since each product is personalized, canceling an order is only possible before we start production. Once the production process has begun, we can no longer accept cancellations or changes.
Can I return my order?
We offer two types of products: personalized and non-personalized. Since personalized products are custom-made and cannot be resold, their return policy differs from that of non-personalized products. Below, you will find the specific return conditions for each type.
Personalized products are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, meaning they cannot be returned within 14 days. Since each order is custom-made and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible through our website. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.
Non-personalized products are covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, meaning you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website and follow the provided instructions. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
In addition, all our products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty, which protects you against defects that existed at the time of delivery. If your product develops a fault within this period that is not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
what if I have submitted incorrect personalization details?
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the personalization details provided before placing the order. We cannot accept returns or refunds for products produced based on incorrect information provided by the customer. Please check your order carefully before confirming it.
